Доктор Наталья Коростелева – Борбордук Азиядагы Америка университетинин Ишкердик жана бизнести башкаруу мектебинин доценти. Ал Кыргыз-Орус Славян университетинде саясат таануу илимдеринин доктору, Москва аттестациялык комиссиясы тарабынан тастыкталган (2005, Кыргызстан), Кыргыз мамлекеттик университетинин тил илими боюнча адис диплому (1981, Кыргызстан). Наталья 1999-жылы бизнести башкаруу боюнча атайын курстарды аяктаган.

Доктор Коростелева БААУдагы ишмердүүлүгүн 2007-жылы баштаган, ал Окумуштуулар кеңешинин жана Сенаттын ишине катышкан, ошондой эле окуу жана консультациялык ишмердүүлүк менен алектенген. Ал 20дан ашык басылмалары менен бизнес, менеджмент, бизнес коммуникациялары, студенттердин баалуулуктары жана нормалары жана ошондой эле билим берүү темаларын изилдейт. Ал студенттер менен бирге ишке ашыруу үчүн долбоорлорду иштеп чыгат жана өз сабактарында педагогикалык каражаттардын, методдордун жана катышуу ыкмаларынын кеңири спектрин колдонот.

Доктор Коростелева Хабитат-Кыргызстандын директорлор кеңешинин мүчөсү. Ал өзүнүн карьерасынын жүрүшүндө көп улуттуу, көп конфессиялык жана көп дисциплинардык эл аралык жана жергиликтүү долбоорлордо, программаларда жана компанияларда жетекчилик кызматтарда чоң практикалык тажрыйбага ээ болду. Ал Косоводо, Пакистанда жана Ошто (Кыргызстан) жаңжалдан кийинки шарттарда эл аралык консультант жана Бириккен Араб Эмираттарында компаниянын бизнес өкүлү катары баалуу тажрыйбага ээ болгон.
