We give deepest thanks to all who make the operation of the WARC possible, and we look forward to what the next year will bring.

Writing and accounting tutor Suhailo Mamadniyozova says the practice she got as a tutor was a big part of her success in the competition.

The presentation was part of the WARC's pedagogical support for tutors.

The presentation offered practical advice on all parts of the process from brainstorming to editing.

The project is an initiative of the Writing and Academic Resources Center (WARC), which also provides free peer tutoring services, and was executed jointly with Ekaterina Kombarova, AUCA Website Director. 

These high viewership numbers come amidst an effort to revamp the website to greatly increase the number of resources available to students and professors.

Sophomore Malika Mahmudova joined AUCA’s Writing and Academic Resource Center this fall, becoming the center’s first-even Russian language tutor. She joins Kyrgyz tutor Aiym Aidaralieva as part of a move to expand the WARC’s linguistic offerings this year. Booking a Russian tutoring session can be done by logging into the WARC online portal using your AUCA account details.

For the first time, AUCA’s Writing and Academic Resource Center will offer free, one-on-one peer tutoring in the Kyrgyz language. Students who are interested in lessons can book a tutoring session by going to the WARC’s website and signing in using their AUCA account details.

This means that all AUCA students--from the NGA to undergraduates to grad students--will have access to free, one-on-one tutoring sessions from our team.
