Dinara Asanbaeva is an Assistant Professor in the International and Business Law department at the American University in Central Asia. She practices dispute resolution, labor law, and contract law and is an expert in labor law, corporate governance, social responsibility, integrity, and anti-corruption. She holds an LL.M. degree from the Law School of the University of Edinburgh (2005, United Kingdom) and is a doctoral candidate at Ural State Law University (Yekaterinburg, Russia). 

Dinara joined AUCA in 2013 as a full-time Assistant Professor. She was a visiting researcher at the University of Berkeley Law School (USA) and the State University of Ohio School of Law (USA). She has professional experience with the OSCE Academy (Kyrgyzstan), the Business School of the Central European University (Hungary), and the Central Asian Research Institute on Money Laundering and Corruption (Kyrgyzstan).
