AUCA students visited lyceum in Sokuluk district, Jany-Jer village
Students from EMSD and Agro-ecology Integrated Crop Management courses visited the Lyceum, where specialists in organic agriculture, machine operators and textile handicraft workers trained. The purpose of the visit was to observe greenhouse, biogas technology, composting and storage for products.

Meeting with Kazakh colleagues at AUCA
On Wednesday, October 16, AUCA Vice President Chingiz Shamshiev met with the Head of Career Center of Narxoz university Gaini Mukhanova and Director of the Economics college under Narxoz university Sanat Sataev, accompanied by representatives of the Narxoz college to discuss cooperation opportunities between the Technical School of Innovation AUCA and Narxoz college.

WARC Inaugurates Russian Language Tutoring with Hiring of Malika Mahmudova
Sophomore Malika Mahmudova joined AUCA’s Writing and Academic Resource Center this fall, becoming the center’s first-even Russian language tutor. She joins Kyrgyz tutor Aiym Aidaralieva as part of a move to expand the WARC’s linguistic offerings this year.

Aiym Aidaralieva Becomes WARC's First Kyrgyz Language Tutor
For the first time, AUCA’s Writing and Academic Resource Center will offer free, one-on-one peer tutoring in the Kyrgyz language. Aiym’s help is particularly valuable given that AUCA students starting with the Class of 2023 will be required to pass a state-wide Kyrgyz language exam in their second year in accordance with government policy.
