The management of “Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty” visited AUCA. The Faculty of Journalism and Mass Communications have met the President and Chief Executive Officer of the media Corporation, Jamie Fly, Regional Director of RFE/RL's Central Asian Services, Hamid Ismailov and Director of the Kyrgyz service "Azattyk", Venera Djumataeva.

The project is a part of the Central Asia Journalism Program funded by the U.S. Department of State and implemented by Meridian International Center in partnership with the American University of Central Asia.
 

On Saturday, December 1, the Division of Social Sciences held the 1st Annual Student Thesis Symposium of Social Sciences “Writing Senior and Master Theses and Projects in Social Sciences” at the American University of Central Asia.
