Aidai Kadyralieva is one of our exchange students currently studying at Bard College. She shared her experience about her semester - living and studying abroad, with us.

With an AUCA degree in sociology in hand, I started my career by furthering my sociological imagination at Ball State University’s Department of Sociology (USA).  In 2003, I returned to my alma mater to teach and learn from my students during seven marvelous years in the Sociology Department.

My name is Sahar Hashimzada.I am a very proud senior student at the International and Comparative Department. First of all, I would like to thank the Student Intellectual Life Committee (SILC) for supporting AUCA students to achieve excellence in research, learning and overall intellectual development with small grants.

Caroline Tracey, Fulbright Grantee to Kyrgyzstan
