Edil Osmonbekov, one of the authors of the manual, visited AUCA with the presentation abotu academic honesty and gifted several copies to the Library.

Students of “Oratorical Skills” course (Russian Language Department) arrange “Talk about Happiness” musical and poetic evening.  The event will take place on April 5, at 17:00, in CH-1.

On March 22, at Seitek, the annual Miss AUCA contest took place. The winner of the contest, Aiman Abylkasymova, is a freshman student in the BA Department.

AUCA students from the Anthropology department have taken an unusual tour to night shelters, orphanages and the rehabilitation centers

An exhibition of art of two famous artists took place at AUCA from March 17 through March 23

On 22 February, Piotr Dutkiewicz, Director of the Centre for Governance and Public Management Carleton University, Ottawa Canada presented the issue “Governance in a Multiethnic State”. 

The Tian Shan Policy Center organized a conference and roundtable on 'Rethinking Water and Land Management Strategies to Protect Kyrgyz Communities and Livelihoods' to facilitate dialogue among scholars and experts on advancing environmental sustainability and climate adaptation in Kyrgyzstan.  Participants included members of government, international organizations, NGOs, researchers, scholars and students.

Supreme Court judges of the Kyrgyz Republic and Chair of the department on international legal affairs of Supreme Court will provide a presentation and open lecture.

On February 8, John Schoeberlein, a professor of Anthropology department in Harvard University (USA) and Eurasian National University (Kazakhstan), presented his current research.
