Tynymgul is a media and communications professional. She was engaged in media relations, strategic communication planning and implementation of the campaigns, internal and external communications, communication trainings for NGOs in Kyrgyzstan.

This course is designed to develop the collaborative research experience of students from Germany and Kyrgyzstan to explore the complex issues of gender-based violence, family interaction, and the role of civil society and the state in preventing gender inequality and violence against women and children in Kyrgyzstan.

Maftunakhon Tokhirova is a junior student of Anthropology department. She came to study at AUCA from Tashkent. Previously, she applied for an exchange program and was successfully accepted to study at BARD College, USA. Due to the pandemic, the flights have been canceled and now Maftunakhon is studying remotely. We talked with her about her student life and learned about her best memories at AUCA.

The paper examines possibilities to form a transnational feminist engagement with personalised medicine. I will critically assess the statements that personalised medicine could bring forth a “cost- effective” healthcare planning globally in the future.
