Russian Language Week

"When I first came to Bishkek, I was like dumb. I couldn’t communicate; I could neither understand the others nor could others understand me. It was because I didn’t know Russian Language. I faced difficulties when buying things in the shops and markets, when traveling from dormitory to University and also in kitchenette when buying food. Now I am very thankful to Russian Language Department for I can now find my way; I can speak in Russian and face less difficulties. Also we are always encouraged to take part in any ceremony to improve our language by singing Russian songs; we sang a song in Russian in Nooruz Celebration and it has been very effective and helpful for us. The staff of the department are very kind and helpful, specially our kind teacher Ms. JerkynKasymova. Not only she taught us language but also she treated us like a mother being kind, helpful and supportive anytime."
