“Kelechek”Club
Students of American University of Central Asia officially opened the Kyrgyz club “Kelechek” in 2011. Its goal is to promote, teach and popularize Kyrgyz language among the local and international students.
The club organizes students meetings, master classes, and cultural visits. Through such activities students will learn how to love native culture and particularly Kyrgyz language.
In addition, students of “Kelechek” club actively participate in university events such as Diversity Week and Nooruz.
In the beginning, the number of club’s active members was 20, in the period of two years the number increased to 40 people including not only students but also faculty members.
