10:00 - 10:10 - opening: Center for Civic Engagement ("Green AUCA" program) & Daniyar Karabaev, LAS-Departament
10:10 - 10:30 - presentation by the EcoZaman team about the Eco-Ordo / Eco-Alchik project
10:30 - start of the tournament
10:30 - 13:30 - 2 rounds of the game: 4 teams from AUCA, TSI, Kyrgyz-American School (Bishkek) and Tash-Moinok school (Koi-Tash village)
13:30 - 14:00 - Award ceremony, photo & coffee break
14:00 - end of the event

About the Eco-Ordo / Eco-Alchik project:
Eco-Alchik / Eco-Ordo is a recycling & eco-cultural project that transforms plastic bottle caps into eco alchiks – elements of a traditional Kyrgyz ordo game, which has also become more eco friendly.
The project is being implemented within the framework of the "Green AUCA" program together with the EcoZaman school team (winners of the 1st Eco-quest "Sort 1.0." 2024/2025) & Kyrgyz-American School (Bishkek).
Students from AUCA (LAS Department), NGA, Green Club volunteers, as well as schoolchildren from Bishkek and Chui region are helping to implement the project.
This event is organized by the Green AUCA Green AUCA program of the Center for Civic Engagement in partnership with the the students enrolled in the Leading Change for Sustainability course taught by Janara Kangeldieva, LAS Department.
