MBA Student Wins One of The Best Presentation Awards at AUCA Student Research Conference 2025

The SEBA program proudly congratulates MBA student Mahnaz Nabizada for receiving the Best Presentation Award at the AUCA Student Research Conference 2025. Her thesis, titled “The Ethics and Efficacy of Paid and Unpaid Internships in Kyrgyzstan,” investigates the intersection of experiential learning, access, and labor market outcomes, contributing important insights to education and employment policy. The award was also given to other 9 students, selecting one best presentation in each section.

Mahnaz’s presentation was recognized for its methodological rigor, clarity of analysis, and policy relevance. She credits her growth in research and data analysis to the mentorship and support of SEBA department, and expressed deep appreciation for the learning opportunities within the MBA program.

“The knowledge and guidance I received from our professors — especially in data analysis and research design — shaped the way I approached this project. I believe the MBA program has a bright future with such dedicated academic leadership,” she shared.

The SEBA department applauds her achievement and remains committed to fostering a research-driven, collaborative academic environment that prepares students for impactful careers.
