On Wednesday, May 3, the American University of Central Asia hosted its annual Brain Ring competition! Student Life Office, headed by Nikolai Shulgin, organized and conducted a yearly Spring Cup "Brain Ring" contest among high school students. The competition was open to pupils from different schools and aimed at testing their knowledge and skills in various fields, but the main goal of the participants was to receive a full scholarship to AUCA!
The competition was divided into two parts. The first part was the Brain Ring Spring Cup, which involved school teams competing against each other. The second part was a personal competition for scholarships, where individual students competed for a chance to win a scholarship to AUCA.
The questions asked during the competition were aimed at promoting universal development. They covered various topics, including history, literature, science, and current events. The questions were designed to challenge the participants' critical thinking skills and encourage them to think outside the box.
Students from TSI won the team competition, and second place went to the NGA team! Winners of the team competition received certificates and, of course, the Brain Ring Cup, while the winners of the personal scholarship competition received scholarships to study at AUCA. According to the results of the final intellectual game, three winners have been determined and received coveted certificates for scholarships:
1st place - Aiken Abylgaziev (TSI)
2nd place - Umut Sakieva (Secondary School №5)
3d place - Aigerim Yusupova (NGA)
AUCA congratulates all the winners and participants of Brain Ring 2023 and willingly waits for each of you at our university!
