Homayoon Sarwari at the Osh Go Viral Festival

Homayoon Sarwari, an AUCA Master's in Journalism student, participated in the Go Viral Osh festival on April 28-29 thanks to a partnership between AUCA and Spirit of America through the #AfghanFuture Campaign. The festival is sponsored by the U.S. Department of State and diplomatic missions in Central Asia, and implemented by the Institute for War & Peace Reporting.
At Go Viral Osh, students have a chance to interact with representatives and professionals in the media and business to address and find solutions for their communities. As a photographer, Homayoon exhibited his pictures of Afghanistan and Kyrgyzstan at the festival which allowed him to interact with participants from the region.
