School of Entrepreneurship and Business Administration (SEBA) is the leading Business School in Kyrgyzstan and the largest faculty in AUCA both in Bachelor’s and Master’s levels. SEBA is committed to delivering quality education to our students and leading in Research and Development.
SEBA is currently accepting applications to fill several full-time/part-time faculty positions in the 2023-2024 academic year for the following compulsory and elective courses:
Bachelor of Business Administration:
● Marketing/Digital Marketing
● Organizational Behavior
Professors will teach up to 36 credits courses at Bachelor’s and Master’s level in one academic year. Depending on the profile, you may also teach related subjects within the discipline. Language of instruction is English. Furthermore, full-time faculty positions assume active involvement in SEBA development initiatives, service in the
university committees, supervision of Bachelor’s and Master’s theses and engaging in departmental extra-curricular activities.
We are interested in candidates with:
● Ph.D. degree in Business, Human Resources and Management or a discipline to the respective course.
Candidates without a PhD degree, but with at least 3 years of academic teaching experience, positive teaching evaluations, and extensive industry experience are encouraged to apply.
● Relevant knowledge and skills in above mentioned discipline
● Excellent communication and coordination skills
● Excellent command of English
