CCE Awards 2022 ceremony!

On May 13th, The AUCA Center for Civic Engagement (CCE) organized an awards ceremony that was designed to encourage the merits of students who have especially shown themselves in civic activism and invested in the development of a strong and resilient society.
The ceremony started with a welcoming speech by Interim President Jonathan Becker, while the event was moderated by Nurzhamal Karamoldoeva, the Executive Director of CCE. The nominations were divided into 8 divisions and the best projects were selected by 5 CCE important values: responsibility, resilience, integrity, empathy, and leadership.
Best SIDP Project — "Jash Kanattar", leaded by Salima Almazbekova.
Best ACEP Project — "Leadership Program for Kyrgyz Youth", led by Haba Taban.
Best Social Project — "Heart to Heart", led by Aijamal Manaeva.
Best Project Leader — "Leadership and Educative Avail Project, led by Nilufar Homidova.
Best Project Team — "Cyber Security Championship", led by Oybek Turaev.
Best Social Impact — "Basketball for All", led by Saliya Khurova.
Best Art Product/Initiative in CE — "The Hardest Lesson", led by Katerina Afanasyeva.
Civic Valedictorian — "Central Asian Nomad Youth", Nurmukhamad Turkbaev.
After the official part of the ceremony, students were able to take a taste of a buffet table and chat with each other. Now and so on, the CCE Awards Ceremony will stand together with other valuable events of AUCA and will be held annually.
