International and Comparative Politics (ICP) is pleased to invite you all to join a talk by/with the Ambassador of the Republic of Estonia to the Republic of Kazakhstan, H.E. Toomas Tirs.

The talk will cover the following topics:

-Estonian journey in the last 30 years since regaining independence;

-Estonia as a digital state;

-Estonian foreign policy goals in Central Asia, including relations with the Kyrgyz Republic;

-Estonian security in the context of an ongoing War in Ukraine.
