Recently, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and the American University of Central Asia. This agreement aims to enhance teaching and research of the faculty members, and to further the launch of academic exchanges and joint academic programs. The conclusion of the memorandum became possible due to the development of a new master’s degree program Talent Management and Human Potential Development in Organizations.
Associate professor of AUCA Kamila Mateeva and Associate Professor of the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences Dr. Rumiana Jeleva had close collaboration together with a faculty of other Central Asian Universities in development of the Talent Program’s “Regulatory part of the curriculum”. Dr. Rumiana Jeleva was the coordinator of the Working Group meeting.
