Admissions procedure during the state of emergency

Dear Applicants,

Due to the current rapidly changing situation on COVID-19 outbreak and the state of emergency in the Kyrgyz Republic, we would like to inform you about the admissions and recruitment process:

- applicants who have already taken our admissions exams in Bishkek, Osh, Djalalabad, Batken, Issik-Kul and Naryn and have met AUCA minimum required scores can start filling out the application form for admissions and submit it along with all required documents listed on the second page.

Please note that application for admissions and other required documents must be sent to admissions@auca.kg before April 19, 17.00

To avoid unnecessary social contact and the spread of the disease we will not be receiving hard copies of the application form and other documents in the Admissions and Student Recruitment Office, all documents must be sent only via email to admissions@auca.kg

- Due to the declared state of emergency in the Kyrgyz Republic, we are now considering the possibility of organizing the admissions exam in Bishkek scheduled for March 29 online. Applicants who have registered for March 29 exam will receive detailed information via email as soon as we finish with all the technical preparations. In this regard, we strongly recommend our applicants to check their emails on a regular basis.

NOTE: email notifications will be sent to your email address that you have indicated in the registration form

- Admissions and Student Recruitment team will organize off-campus paper-based exams in Central Asia as soon as the situation gets better.
As for now our international applicants including applicants from Central Asia are recommended to take AUCA online exam only at places assigned and approved by the Admissions and Student Recruitment Office.

International applicants can register for the online exam here applyonline.auca.kg We are now discussing with our partner organizations in CA on when and where AUCA online exams can be held. We will keep you updated and send you all the detailed information once we set up the dates for exams. This may take a certain period of time since our neighboring countries are also affected by COVID-19.

-Also please be informed that the registration for the next admissions exam scheduled for May 17 in Bishkek can be done only via email until the situation gets better. To register for the exam you need to send your passport scan and e-version of your photo indicating the date of the exam "May 17" to admissions@auca.kg Registration deadline is May 12, 17:00.
