AUCA Professor has become Vice President of World Communication Association

Congratulations to AUCA professor, Elira Turdubaeva on becoming the official representative – Vice President in Asian region of World Communication Association for the 2018-2023 periods.

WCA is organizing huge International Science conferences every two years and regional yearly conferences where communication issues are discussed. WCA has an academic journal "International Journal of Intercultural Communication Research".

WCA members are convinced that to maintain peace throughout the world there must be a mutual understanding among people of the world that grows from individual and group interaction.

WCA believes that one effective way to begin this worldwide exchange is by establishing individual and scholarly contacts among people and across all national and cultural boundaries.

It is dedicated to the improvement of communication worldwide by linking those people who hold common professional and personal interests.

WCA Biennial Conference in 2017 was held on August 2-6, 2017 at AUCA. The topic of the conference was “World Conflicts and Disasters: Communication, Culture and Resolution”.
