In four regions of the country, April 6-13, "Creating a comprehensive system of vocational guidance in the framework of the innovation process: high school-college-university-labor market" round tables took place. Representatives from schools, colleges, universities, career centers at universities, relevant government officials, leaders of youth organizations and students of the region took part in the discussion.
The project “Loans for Education” sponsored by USAID and implemented in partnership with Eurasia Fund, Education Network Association, KICB, “Companion” Company, and American University of Central Asia.
The goal of the project was the discussion of opportunities in order to create complex system of career guidance activities in the regions. The discussion includes job placement, the importance of choosing the right profession, and “Credits on Education” program.
In the framework of the project, “Job Placement Skills” workshops for more than 150 students from Batken University and other colleges of the region were conducted by Natalia Slastnikova, Executive Director of Leadership Development at AUCA.
