On March 8, 2016, International Women’s Day was celebrated in AUCA’s International Dormitory.
The dorm residents organized a mini-concert in honor of International Women’s day. At the event, dorm residents sang songs, shared their own stories, recited poetry they had written, and played games. Professor of Russian, Usen Atabaev, congratulated the girls and performed a few songs in Farsi and Uigur. The event ended with cake.
