The American University of Central Asia is accepting applications for the 2020 - 2025 academic cycle from interested applicants for the Afghan Scholarship Program, funded by the U.S. Embassy in Kabul.

In accordance with the agreement reached between the AUCA Development Office (Dr. Bermet Tursunkulova, the Director of Development) and KICB (Mr. Emil Orozbaev, the deputy CEO), senior students of the AUCA Software Engineering department have a special opportunity to undergo an internship at KICB with further full-time employment.

A memorandum of understanding was signed between AUCA (Dr. Bermet Tursunkulova, Director of Development) and the Representative Office of the International Center for Not-for-Profit Law in Kyrgyzstan (Nookatbek Idrisov, Director) on December 15, 2020.

Journalism and Mass Communications department presented "Data Art" project on Friday, December 4. “Data Art” - is an art object based on a survey among the AUCA community. The research was conducted on topics such as tolerance, interests, dreams and life of the AUCA community.

On December 7th, 2020, students from The American Univerisity in Nigeria and The American University of Central Asia conducted the 3rd International Virtual Discussion devoted to Online v.s. Face-to-Face Instruction and Learning. AUCA students not only got acquainted with Nigerian customs and traditions but also had a great opportunity to improve their listening comprehension and communication skills.
