On October 23rd, the School of Social Activism held Model UN for Human Rights at AUCA dedicated to the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women and International Human Rights Day.

Versaviia Gura is a 2021 graduate of the Master of Arts in Teaching program at AUCA. Upon graduation, she qualified for the Fulbright Teaching Excellence and Achievement Program and is currently taking courses at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, USA.

On October 31, the AUCA community celebrated Halloween, one of the most ancient, mysterious and spooky holidays in the history of mankind.

On November 1, 2022, AUCA’s Writing and Academic Resource Center (WARC) celebrated its twelfth anniversary. The celebration was attended by the WARC tutors, as well as a number of guests. In her speech, AUCA’s Vice President of Academic Affair Nurgul Ukueva congratulated the WARC on this milestone and thanked the tutors for their efforts on behalf of AUCA students.

October Friday 28th was an important day for all AUCA community. On this day the American University of Central Asia (AUCA), the Court of the Astana International Financial Center (AIFC), and the International Arbitration Center (IAC) signed an Agreement of Mutual Understanding, which expands cooperation between organizations and marks the launch of the use of hearing halls in Bishkek.
