The AUCA Initiation Ceremony was a momentous occasion, marking the official initiation of Timothy O'Connor as the new President of the AUCA and welcoming freshmen as AUCA students, as well as the inauguration of the new Student Senate. The annual ceremony was filled with excitement and anticipation as the university community gathered to witness this important transition.
 

Case Center of AUCA Business School is delighted to invite you to a CASE STUDY TRAINING on November 17 (Fri) at 2-5pm. Training will be conducted by Dr. Anjan Ghosh of Nazarbayev University, Assistant Professor of Management and Entrepreneurship.

Dr. Timothy O’Connor, AUCA President, visited the University of Ulsan, South Korea, on November 1-4, 2023. During this visit, Dr. O’Connor delivered a lecture to students, faculty, and staff of the University and signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the University of Ulsan.

On October 30, AUCA proudly announced the successful hosting of the Strengthening Youth-led Family Planning Event, a pivotal occasion within the framework of the UNFPA-Kyrgyzstan project. This creative and educational initiative aimed to address crucial issues related to family planning and reproductive health among young people, particularly within the university community.

On October 25, 2023, Business School at AUCA welcomed Samantha Salvatori, Assistant Director of International Recruitment at University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO). Business School organized a meeting with its staff and faculty and also with AUCA President Timothy O’Connor to discuss other potential areas of cooperation.

 

On October 23, 2023, the International and Comparative Politics (ICP) department, in collaboration with the President’s Office at AUCA, launched the “Ambassador Talks” Series, which became the first guest lecture series with distinguished Ambassadors to the Kyrgyz Republic.

On October 24, Anne Seshadri, the Public Diplomacy Office Director of the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of South and Central Asian Affairs (SCA), visited the AUCA campus. During her visit, she met with Dr. Timothy O'Connor, AUCA President, and discussed the value of educating young leaders of the region and the world for AUCA remaining on the Top universities in Central Asia.
