Jusupjan Turgunbaev Scholarship

We are pleased to announce the establishment of a new AUCA Scholarship Award for our students and faculty. We are very proud since this scholarship became possible thanks to our graduate Melis Turgunbaev, who decided not only to thank his alma mater, but to support the next AUCA generation. It is not just a scholarship, it is an opportunity for students to focus more on their study and goals.

This scholarship was initiated by Melis Turgunbaev, ICP(IR) - 2003 graduate,in honor of his late father. Dr. Jusupjan Turgunbaev was a Professor in Economics and a member of the Engineering Academy of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Scholarship Amount: $500 on a yearly basis

Conditions of award: This scholarship will be allocated among 3 people. $100 – for the best bachelor’s thesis, $100 – the best master’s thesis, $300 – the best Economics department student (highest GPA)

Payout period: end of academic year.
